Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We currently do not provide return shipping labels. The item should be in our PO Box before the 30 days have passed after your item shows delivered by the shipping company.
We will only be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If more than 24 hours have passed we are unable to proceed with the cancellation request.
To start a return, contact us at breathmaxinfo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that you will need to send your product back in its original packaging. Items not returned in its original package will be subject to a partial refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost:
- Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
- Refunds will only be provided for the cost of the items returned, any shipping expenses or upsells including expedited processing and insurance cost will not be subject for refund after a return.
If your item is within the first 30 days after its delivery and your item is damaged or wrong items were delivered, send us evidence at breathmaxinfo@gmail.com and a replacement will be sent at no cost in expedited shipment as soon as possible!
Customer Remorse: For buying the wrong product or wanting to exchange the products, the customer will be liable to pay the return shipping cost.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your cancellation request is received or your return is delivered to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Most banks take between 2-4 business days to complete the refund process and release the amount to your statement. Please contact us at breathmaxinfo@gmail.com and request your Authorization Number and provide this number to your bank if the timeframe has been exceeded since your request and your amount is still not reflected on your bank statement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

This guarantee is designed to showcase the potential for rapid health improvement when engaging with our offerings as directed. To ensure that all requests for refunds under this guarantee are valid and that the program is used as intended, we have established the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Refund:
Comprehensive Participation: To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate full participation in the program or usage of the product as recommended. This includes, but is not limited to, completing all activities, tasks, or consumption as directed within the three-day period.
Documentation of Experience: Submit a detailed daily journal outlining your experiences, challenges, and any perceived benefits or lack thereof during the three-day period. This documentation must be thorough and show a genuine effort to engage with the program or product.
Pre and Post-Assessment: Provide evidence of a pre-program or pre-use health assessment and a post-program or post-use health assessment conducted by a certified health professional, indicating no measurable health improvement.
Consultation Requirement: Prior to requesting a refund, you must schedule and attend a consultation session with one of our health advisors to discuss your experience and provide feedback. This step is essential to determine if the program or product was utilized as intended and to identify any areas of misunderstanding or misapplication.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days following the conclusion of the three-day program or product use.
The refund request must include all required documentation as outlined above.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving a complete and eligible refund request.
Exceptions and Limitations:
Refunds are limited to the cost of the program or product and do not cover any additional expenses incurred, such as external assessments or consultation fees.
The Better Health in 3 Days Guarantee is applicable only once per customer to prevent misuse of the refund policy.
Final Decision:
BreathMAX reserves the right to make the final decision on the eligibility of the refund based on the completeness and authenticity of the submitted documentation and compliance with the program or product guidelines.
